Ergonomic in daily activities

Goals and tasks of this activity:

– Find out – how much we can actually protect ourselves through the use of ergonomics at work and after work;
– Find out the intensity of daily activities;
– Exercises between work breaks to feel modest and delicate;
– Find out what are the best exercises nearby the desk;
– Learn what to do when you feel firmly, with a feeling of tiredness and a big burden on your shoulders;
– Find out which tools can ease day – to day activities both at work and outside.

Course progress:

explain the nature and necessity of everyday activities, as well as make recommendations for improving your daily feelings. Breathing exercises, active, dynamic and isometric exercises, exercises by the work desk, exercises for coordination and balance and deep stabilizing system. The use of ergonomic fixed assets on a daily basis and a range of multi – faceted opportunities for daily activities.

Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon or muscle group is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle’s elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control flexibility, and range of motion. Stretching is also used therapeutically to alleviate cramps.


Pilates is a physical fitness system. Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates’ system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulties from beginner to advanced.


Yoga is a group of physical, mental and spiritual practices. Yoga has been recommended to promote relaxation, reduce stress and some medical conditions such as premenstrual syndrome. The practice of yoga makes body strong and flexible, it also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind.

Remedial gymnastics

Remedial gymnastics – different kind of exercises for the remedial and prophylaxis purpose, which needs to be attended for a long time period and systematically, step by step increasing the amount of work. The exercises improve the circulatory system, the operation of the inner organs of respiration and digestion, stimulates the central nerve system. If you use the correction exercises, you can decrease or eliminate some deformations of the body, for example, incorrect posture.

Nordic Walking

Nordic walking has become one of the century’s most popular sports. What is important – you can start Nordic walking at any age and during the whole year. Everything you need for Nordic Walking – a good mood and special sticks for this type of sport.

However, you need to remember that it is important to do correctly movements of Nordic Walking and our specialists will teach you that.

Nordic Walking is healthy, because:

  • removes pain and muscle tension of the back and the neck shoulder area. Nordic Walking is especially useful for those who have sedentary work;
  • protects joints – the pressure on them is 30% lower than, for example, if you are marching;
  • promotes healthy sleep, slowly eases back pain;
  • improves the body’s oxygen supply;
  • is a good remedy for headaches caused by prolonged sitting;
  • promotes a healthy heart and circulatory system;
  • uniformly employs about 90% of the body’s muscles;
  • is an effective weight loss tool, an hour of Nordic Walking burns about 400 calories;
  • is friendly option for those who for some time has not been trained in sport;
  • is a natural, enjoyable and healthful remedy for stress;
  • contributes to the so-called “happiness hormone” or oxyticin in the body, causing both physical and emotional well-being. Walking promotes endorphin release, which relieves pain and improves mood and reduces cortisol levels, associated with an increase in stress and depression.

Taping is a popular and effective method of physiotherpy for traumatized muscle pain relief and joint pain elimination. Taping is gluing on adhesive tape strip on different parts of the body following a special methodology.
It can be used also for pregnant women – in order to reduce for example back pain or abdominal support using different taping techniques, the specialist can gain various effects – headaches or menstrual pain reduction, elimination of edema, posture correction.
