The result is a feeling of increased muscle control flexibility, and range of motion. Stretching is also used therapeutically to alleviate cramps.

Remedial gymnastics

Remedial gymnastics – a different kind of exercises for remedial and prophylaxis purposes, which need to be attended systematically for a long period of time, gradually increasing the amount of work. The exercises improve the circulatory system, the operation of the inner organs of respiration and digestion, stimulates the central nervous system. If you use correction exercises, you can decrease or eliminate some deformations of the body, for example, incorrect posture.
