Gong sound therapy is a very ancient, deep and unusual healing and meditation practice. This therapy has deep effect on the environment space as well as on people and all other living organisms. Gong sound or voice of the Universe is inexhaustible, rejuvenating, healing life energy that effects everything - thoughts, words, activities, organisms/cells.

In the Western World gongs and the Tibetan singing bowls are brought from the East not so long ago. Anyone from Western world who has lived in a very different cultural environment with different traditions, but they - the same as Eastern culture people, when they get to know this sacred, ancient instrument, they have very profound changes in themselves. Gong and Tibetan singing bowls in their true essence, are unique because they reveal you to yourself and the way the Creator created the universe - and on this path you must be prepared to get to know yourself from the very beginning.

The real strength of the Universe sound is that it doesn't allow you to stay unreal - it round after round detaches all your masks. This is an usual and versatile process - as the revival, where you have to accept this transformation and watch the changes. The gong sounds the voice of the Universe helps you to hear the supreme, consciousness and your soul, as well as to hear the truth.

Relaxation Therapy

Relaxation therapy, which is the act of using relaxation therapeutically, will help you to relieve stress, control anxiety symptoms, improve sleep, and have a better quality of life in general. The aim of relaxation therapy is to quite the mind, to allow thoughts to slow in a smooth rhythm and induce the relaxation response.

Art Therapy

It is a possibility to use your creative potential, to conduce the positive changes which are pointed to the opening of the personality. In the process of the therapy by using colors, paper, water, clay, glass etc., you’ll have a possibility to discover your emotions, to see them in the work you’ve done as in the mirror. That will let you not only to see your difficulties more clearly, but also to see the solution. Such kind of expression is especially effective in the case of deep personal trial, when the mind can’t find the exact words.

Thematical educational group sessions and Stress Management

The thematic group sessions are being implemented as a psychologist and several members of the group talk about the many practical or problematic psychological issues.

In this group you will get the understanding, support and answers to your questions. Sometimes the sense of "I'm not lonely in the problem" is a good start for the solution. During classes, participants are invited to share their thoughts, feelings, experiences, but members of the group can also use their right to keep silent. The expressed personal information in the group sessions remains within the group.

Attention and consciousness activation training

It is a good way how to manage a stress, to improve the physical and the psychological feelings. In these trainings you can learn a self-help methods, that you can use later by yourself. Anyhow it is a great possibility for a rest and a possibility to open your inner resources.

Training is based on natural human ability - to be able to focus all their attention to the process of maximal relaxation. In the beginning of the training you will feel warmth and heaviness in your body, followed by visualization exercises. After the exercises a person feels energetic and has regained inner peace.

Gestalttherapy

Gestalttherapy as one of the therapies helps people to improve themselves as well as to overcome the effects of psychological trauma. During the therapy you will be encouraged to focus on the present or the "here and now" processes. Gestalt Therapy with the help of yourself learns how to build a balanced relationship with the world around you, to accept your strengths and weakness, as well as to take from the outside world exactly what you really need. Gestalt therapy teaches people to make choices, be aware of your own feelings and needs.

The main problems are solved with the help of Gestalt Therapy is an individual's internal problems, interpersonal problems, family problems, personal growth problems and development crisis, psychological trauma, grief, loss, problematic dreams, psychosomatics.

Music Therapy

During classes, musically-specific therapeutic activities will take place between the patient and therapist. For the clients suitable music therapy techniques helps to solve a variety of physical and emotional problems, such as reducing anxiety, nervousness, chronic pain, heart, sleeping and eating disorders, and depression.

Music therapy helps to recover from a variety of physical or mental trauma, surgery, stroke effects, as well as for cancer patients before and after surgery or chemotherapy. For clients who have not any health problems, but there is a desire for a deeper understanding of yourself, the music therapy in both individual and group provides an opportunity to discover in yourself unprecedented, unheard, yet untapped things. With the help of  this therapy client can let out his undiscovered talents, abilities, emotions and soul power.

Movement and Dance Therapy

In this activity through the movement and dance steps, you will get acquainted with new and varied possibilities of the communication, you will develop your spontaneity and creative spirit. You don’t need to be flexible and physically active. If you want to express yourself and to develop yourself through the movement in the joyful and friendly atmosphere, you are welcome.
